     If you are interested in renting any of our properties or just want to be considered for any up coming rentals, please fill out one of the following two applications.

     If you are interested in a single family house, in Brookville, DuBois, Punxsutawney or New Bethlehem, please fill out the "Regular Rental Application".  E-mail the application back by clicking the submit button at the bottom of the application.

     If you are interested in a Clarion rental, pick "Student Application" and follow the same procedure as you would for the "Regular Rental" application.  You can see our Clarion summer rentals here.  For either application, please type your name in and email it back.  Creditors will not furnish any information on your credit without an application from you.

     Once we receive your fully completed application, we can usually process it within one to two days.

    The Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission, Section 608 of the Act, requires that licensees provide consumers with the Consumer Notice at the initial interview.
