We have two certified appraisers. Paul R. Gray and Donald G. Gray. We can do appraisals on any type of real estate including but not limited to, single family dwellings, duplexes, triplexes, apartment buildings, commercial properties, care facilities, gas stations, restaurant/bar, etc.

Resume - Paul R. Gray
Mr. Paul R. Gray has an MBA from Clarion University and was an assistant professor for nine years teaching real estate and finance classes. Paul Gray is a state certified real estate instructor and has taught licensing and continuing education classes for Clarion University and Penn State University. Paul has also taught the Penn State undergraduate Leadership and Motivation course to Metaldyne Corporation, the second largest powdered metal company in the world. He is a licensed real estate broker, a certified general appraiser and the owner of Gray and Company Real Estate.
Resume - Donald G. Gray
Mr. Donald G. Gray (Paul's Dad) has a Masters equivalency in mathematics conferred by the Pennsylvania Department of Education. Donald Gray is a state certified real estate instructor and has taught licensing and continuing education classes for DuBois Business College and Indiana University. He is retired from DuBois Area Senior High School where he was the Head of the Mathematics Department. He is a licensed real estate associate broker, a certified residential appraiser and an independent contractor with Gray and Company Real Estate.
