Financing Information

     The following list will assist you in assembling the information you need to take to your financial institution to process your application.  Some financial institutions require other information.  Please check with your institution for their exact requirements.  In most cases, you will need the following:

provide a list of all assets
provide all account numbers, names, addresses, balances, and payments for all creditors
copy of your sales contract, signed by all buyers and sellers for purchase transactions. A copy of your deed is needed if you are refinancing.
original pay stubs covering the last 30 days for each applicant
original W-2 forms for the last two years for each applicant
original bank statements for the past three months for all checking and savings accounts
name, address, and telephone number of landlord for the last 24 months.  If you are currently renting or have rented, copies of cancelled rent checks or receipts may be needed.
if you are receiving a gift for part of your down payment, do not deposit the gift funds until you visit your loan officer
if self-employed or if you have commission income:  three years of tax returns and a current profit/loss statement
 

    The Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission, Section 608 of the Act, requires that licensees provide consumers with the Consumer Notice at the initial interview.
