Gray and Company Real Estate

We have storage available in Brookville or Shannondale for cars, boats and campers.  You can start to store items at anytime.  (Directions below).

We also have another building in Brookville that offers HEATED STORAGE! Call us for the details on this space.

The one storage facility is located on Lincoln Street in Brookville.  It is the former ladder factory.  The building is a two story brick warehouse.  The storage area is on the ground level.  The floor is a rolled 2 R C gravel floor.  There is no heat at this building.  Access to the building is limited and available by appointment only.

Directions to this property from the south is to travel to Brookville on Route 28. From the east or west, you should come to Brookville on Interstate 80. From the north you should travel on Route 36. Once in downtown Brookville on Main St., you will find the courthouse in the middle of town. From the courthouse, (and at the stoplight in front of the courthouse) proceed east on Main St. (Route 322) about 1/2 mile to the next stop light. At this light, turn to your right (Taylor St.) and go past Mike's Comet Market. Proceed about another 1/2 mile until you come to a railroad underpass. Go under the underpass and immediately turn to your right on Lincoln St. (unmarked). After three houses on your left, you will see a large brick warehouse on the left. That's it!

For the heated storage, follow the same directions as above to the courthouse. Look behind the courthouse and you will see a yellow tile building named "Brookville Borough Building". That's it.

The other storage facility is near Shannondale along Route 28. It is the former Joe Sherman farm. The back barn is the storage building.

For unheated space we charge $150 for the season ($25/ mo for six months) for a car.  Shorter periods are available too.

BOATS and CAMPERS

The boat and camper price is $1.75 per foot (pop-up campers are the price of a car) including the boat trailer per month.
